A great honor for our team: On June 27, we officially received the award as one of the TOP 100 innovators of German SMEs in Mainz. The award was presented by Ranga Yogeshwar, who is mentoring the competition. This is already the third award for us - and proof that consistent innovation work has an impact.
In the scientifically supervised selection process of the TOP 100, we were particularly convincing in size category B (51 to 200 employees) in the "Innovation success" category. Among other things, the innovation climate, processes, strategy and, of course, market impact were evaluated.
The official company portrait sums it up: "Our strength lies in the combination of many years of experience and modern technologies. With software solutions for quality assurance, we have been helping our customers - from SMEs to large corporations - to make production processes safer, more efficient and error-free for over 30 years.
Whether real-time monitoring, AI-based anomaly detection or manufacturer-independent integration - our solutions ensure that quality problems do not arise in the first place. At the same time, they meet the highest requirements for traceability, product liability and audit compliance.
What drives us at CSP is the will to get a little better every day. To achieve this, we rely on agile development, flat hierarchies and a genuine ideas management system that not only takes on board new suggestions, but also quickly puts them into practice.
We create new solutions through direct exchange between development, project teams and customers. For example, our advanced AI-supported error detection system was the result of an internal workshop.
Our Managing Director Korbinian Hermann puts it in a nutshell:
"For us, innovation means that we don't rest on our laurels. We are constantly evolving - together as a team."
Even though our software is used worldwide, our roots are in Lower Bavaria. In Großköllnbach, we develop technologies that set international standards.
The regional connection is very important to us - among other things through our close cooperation with the IT school in Plattling, with which we specifically promote our own young talent. Because the future needs well-trained specialists.
