What are your responsibilities as a Scrum Master in our company?
Bianca: As a Scrum Master, I am responsible for all aspects of a Scrum project. I make sure that the Scrum rules are strictly adhered to and ensure that everything runs according to the Scrum guidelines during the sprint. The role of Scrum Master is often referred to as a "servant leader". This means that I take on a supporting leadership role in which I mainly act as a coach and moderator.
What challenges do you see in the role of Scrum Master and how do you deal with them?
Bianca: One of the biggest challenges is to ensure the understanding and application of the Scrum method, especially for teams that are new to the method. This includes transferring knowledge and techniques to teammates. It is a challenge to continuously motivate the team to improve and develop innovative solutions. Effective time management is essential.
