Johanna : I've been working as a project assistant at CSP since February 2020. During this time, I was able to gain valuable insights into the project area by working closely with our project managers and consultants. The direct customer contact and getting to know different contacts have given me a solid foundation for my new position.
What led to your promotion and how do you see the new challenge?
Johanna : The development was very organic. Over the last few months, I have grown more and more into the project manager and consultant environment. Over time, I took on more and more tasks from the project managers and realized that I really enjoy this work. I'm looking forward to being able to focus even more intensively on these tasks from January 2025.
What main tasks await you in your new position?
Johanna : As the first point of contact for our customers in the project area, I will be responsible for consulting and implementing projects. This includes planning concepts, training and commissioning. An important aspect of this is ensuring that common goals are achieved, both internally and in discussions with customers.
What challenges do you face and how do you deal with them?
Johanna : The technical aspects of the position are still a challenge for me. However, I am confident that I will grow well into these areas with the support of my colleagues, targeted training and practical work.
What skills do you have that will help you in your new role?
Johanna: My strengths are definitely in the organizational area. I like to keep an overview and structure tasks efficiently. These qualities will be of great benefit to me in project work.
What are your goals for the future?
Johanna: My primary goal is to successfully complete the projects entrusted to me. I look forward to gaining new experiences every day and continuously expanding my knowledge. I see the combination of practical experience and continuous training as the key to success.
