In order to provide our employees with the best possible training, we regularly organize seminars and workshops on various topics relating to the company. Last week, for example, a small group attended a training course on project management in the Meeting Lounge in Reisbach, led by Klaus Bayer. This workshop equipped our team with the latest skills and techniques they need to manage projects successfully.
"The course was informative as well as very well structured due to Klaus Bayer's expertise as well as the practical in-between exercises for consolidation. For the exercises, the participants were divided into three groups to work on different solutions," says Matthias Salzberger, Team Manager IPM PG. Culinary delights were also provided for the course participants.
