SchraubTec West in Bochum

After Sindelfingen and Hamburg, the regional trade fair SchraubTec invited visitors to Bochum on September 1, 2022 to exchange information.

Last Thursday - at the Ruhr-Congress Bochum - everything revolved around bolted joints: from design and assembly to C-parts management. An up-to-date overview of relevant technical regulations rounded off the topic. 38 exhibitors presented their products at Schraubtec WEST. These included companies such as Desoutter, Nexonar, Lubbering, SCS and Stahlwille.

In specialist presentations, speakers from various companies dealt with these topics, among others:

• Effective securing of screw connections and electrical contact screw connections
• Automatic loosening of bolted connections
• New VDI/VDE guidelines offer more clarity and freedom for users
• Influence of AI methods and modeling systems on practical bolt verifications

Some CSP employees were also represented at this year's SchraubTec in Bochum and presented our products. Our LEO was of course one of the exhibits. LEO is a flexible tool station that offers a complete solution for assembly and reworking as well as carrying out tests in the entire production area.

We found the trade fair to be very well attended and were able to talk to many visitors. We are also looking forward to being part of the SchraubTec in Dresden again in November.
