We have been awarded the prestigious TOP 100 seal forthe fourth time in a row, making us one of the most innovative medium-sized companies in Germany again in 2026.
The award is based on a scientifically sound selection process led by Prof. Dr. Nikolaus Franke (Vienna University of Economics and Business). Over 100 test criteria are evaluated in five central categories - including innovation strategy, innovation climate, organizational structures and measurable innovation success. The decisive factor is not a single idea, but the systematic and sustainable anchoring of innovation.
The award ceremony will take place on June 26, 2026 as part of the German SME Summit at the Heidelberg Congress Center. Christian Wulff, former German President and mentor of the TOP 100 competition, will be there to personally congratulate the award-winning companies.

The TOP 100 Award has been presented since 1993 and is one of the most important innovation competitions for German SMEs. Project partners include the Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft and the BVMW, while manager magazin is the media partner.
Winning the TOP 100 four times is confirmation for us - and at the same time an incentive to consistently think ahead in terms of innovation.
